We got this cruise in just before the pandemic exploded.   This is a part of the world we had never been to, and every stop was really a unique experience.  The stop in Jordan was to go to Petra and the Wadi Rum, both amazing places.    We did not have enough time in the Emirates and we really want to go back to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.   This was the last full cruise before the pandemic shut down the cruise lines.  We met people who were going on from Dubai to Capetown and their cruise was cancelled midway and they had to find a way home.   We were lucky.   We did this cruise on the renovated Norwegian Spirit.
