Aix Provence was the first stop on our all day excursion out of Toulon, where we were docked in 2013.  We did a walking tour to get a feel for the city.  It was a typical French town and we were able to get a real sense for the city.  This was our first trip to  Europe and  our first stop other than Barcelona where we boarded the ship so of course we enjoyed it, as well as the drive through wine country to get there
