We did a full day tour of Bangkok. It is a fascinating city although like most ships excursions there is no real way to see the city by night.

The three main things we did was to visit a Buddhist temple with a solid gold statue, the Grand Palace that went on forever, and a leisurely cruise on the very hectic Chao Phryaya river that runs through the city.
