Welcome to Belfast

Our first stop in Northern Ireland was in the capital of Belfast.  It certainly has had its share of strife over the years and certainly in modern times compared to most countries.   The guide did a good job of explaining the happenings of the past and it gave us a much better appreciation for what they all went through and still go through today, though in different ways.
