Welcome to Granada

We took an all day excursion from Malaga, where we were docked, to the city of Granada to visit the Alhambra. Alhambra is an Arab Citadel and Palace on the edge of the city.    We spent most of the time at the complex, but later in the afternoon we headed into the city center for a couple of hours of free time to explore.   It was an interesting place and we enjoyed the visit.  We were there in January so it was a bit cool and none of the flowers in the gardens were in bloom.  It would have been a lot prettier in the summer I would think.
