Welcome to Hawaii

The Big Island

We stopped on both sides of the Big Island on two separate days on the 2010 cruise and once on the 2019 cruise.  Being the “big Island ” it is so much larger than the other islands that it has more diversity in it’s landscapes.  The center of the island is almost barren and of course along the shoreline is tropical.  It also is home to a very active volcano and  a national park.
