As I described in the Iceland overview the majority of the places we visited were in the countryside around Reykjavik so I have included them here.   As you can see by the first picture you can take a trip around the island to see it all.  A good friend of mine did it and he loved it.  We stayed to the s/w area of the country in our four days.

This was also the disembarking city for our 2023 Cruise from Norway, but we just went to the airport.
