We did an all day ships excursion of Sozhou, which is just south of Shanghai. It is known as the Venice of the East with all the canals in the city.  It is also known as the bridal dress capital of the country.   

The Humble Administrative Gardens located there are the second largest gardens in all of China

We also visited a silk embroidery factory (see pictures) where the work is so detailed you would think they are pictures.
