We did a bit of a walking tour of the city, but the key reason for going there was to visit the Waterford Crystal Factory. They really do a good job of taking you through the process of creating Waterford Crystal.  I never realized how many custom pieces they make for all sorts of occasions.  Of course at the end you have the opportunity to buy some of the more classic pieces.  We did not.
