Welcome to the Serengeti

The last part of the Safari was to visit the world famous Serengeti.   It is a fairly flat huge plot of land in NW Tanzania.    We spent a good part of a day driving through it before reaching our lodge.   A lot of that time was spent viewing the wildlife so it was worth it.   The ride itself was fun with the herds of animals we came across. (see video)    We continued to see an amazing variety of wildlife.   On our tour we opted to fly back to Nairobi instead of adding at least a couple of days of straight driving to get back to Nairobi.  This was absolutely the right thing to do. There a lot of videos here because there was so much to see.
