This was the longest and certainly one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken.   We went to Singapore on our own for a few days before getting on the Sapphire Princess cruise ship.  It was our longest total time in the air to get there.   Orlando to Chicago, Chicago to Tokyo, and finally Tokyo to Singapore.   24 hours in the air, all in coach.

What a way to see Asia. First with a lot of great stops on the cruise. (Hong Kong had been a Bucket list item for a long time).   Then a land tour  through China(with flights in-between cities) and a river cruise on the Yangtze River. The tour ended in Beijing where I got to see my other bucket list item of the Great Wall.
