Welcome to Darwin

Darwin was our 4th stop on the cruise from Auckland to Bali.  We did a ships tour of the harbor in the morning and a tour of a crocodile zoo complex in the afternoon.    There was not a lot to see on the harbor tour, but the information provided about Australia’s involvement in WW II, and Darwin’s part in it was really interesting.

The afternoon tour of Crocosaurus Cove in downtown Darwin was really interesting.   We got to feed both large and small crocs and learned a lot about the reptiles of Australia in general.
